The Session

This article describes the cooperative beer blogging project. For the Brewing Network show, see The Sunday Session.

The Session is not a blog, but a cooperative beer blogging project inspired by similar projects such as Wine Blogging Wednesday. Once a month, a wide range of different beer bloggers all post their own takes on the host site's chosen topic. The Session was first proposed^[1] and named^[2] by Stan Hieronymous on his blog, Appellation Beer. The first Session happened in March of 2007.^[3]

Each week, a different beer blogger proposes a topic, then posts a summary of all of the participating blogs.
